Elgol, Skye – sheep stuck on quartz sandstone
September 15, 2016 by Louise in climbing

Any trip to the wilderness of Scotland should include the Isle of Skye and the best place to see its infamous Cuillin Ridge is from Elgol, the first of the five fingers of the peninsula. If you catch a glimpse of the ridge, thank your stars; the ridge is often shrouded in mist and only makes a full appearance once in a blue moon…

PS what do you do if you see a sheep stuck half-way up a climb, with no way up or down??

Stunning guys, stunning! Two happy faces in front of a drop ending in deep-blue ocean!
