Man of War Cove & barley fields, Southern Ireland
August 6, 2016 by Louise in hikes / scrambles

Our exploration of the South Coast of Ireland took us from Gordon’s impressive family farm in Youghal (thank you Gordon & Gill for the quick stop-over and all your Ireland advice) via Cork to Man of War Cove,  a hidden gem of a place with peaceful feel. Jacqui and Jim welcomed us more warmly than we could ever have dreamt of and kindly took the time to show us their picturesque haunts

One of Jacqui’s coastal walks through wheat & barley fields:

Lovely photos, and great you were able to meet up with Annaly’s family!! We have fond memories of Irish hospitality and looks like you will too!! Thanks to Gordon and Gill, and Jacqui and Jim.
